We are open for classes 6 days a week with beginners welcome in most classes. If you are wondering which is the right class for your body just answer these simple questions below or if you’re still unsure contact us. 

Reduce Pain

Are you suffering from an injury or illness and looking to rehabilitate? Maybe you have sciatica, bad knees or more complex conditions like Ehlers Danlos Syndrome? Yes?

Private Beginner

You can book a private session at a time and day that suits you. Bring a friend to share the cost too. To book just contact us directly to arrange your session or book directly on Gymcatch.

Private 1-2-1

Join us for bespoke sessions to progress your health & well being goals. There are many reasons why we would recommend private sessions and many reasons why you will enjoy them. 


We will offer you a perfect Pilates programme for you. With many disciplines to choose from including our specialist trigger point therapeutic Pilates to really get to grips with tight and achy muscles or maybe you want to get fitter?  Recover from an injury or operation? Just had a baby? Pregnant? Even if you are just a little bit nervous. Please contact us directly to book your 1-2-1 session or find out more

 

Private session £50 for one person or two people

Online & On Demand

Access PilatEASE classes whenever & wherever you want them. Streaming directly on to your mat. Join us in unlimited access each month to Pilates Mat work classes, Barre Pilates classes, Trigger Point Pilates classes, Reformer Pilates classes and our newest class KettleEASE - a Pilates and kettlebells workout out like no other!

 

We also have stretch classes, abs classes, circuit classes and many other classes that are UNLIMITED for your first month. Each month enjoy new workouts added to the library and re-visit old favourites.

 

You can buy a Virtual Studio month pass for only £10.

A GymCatch Class Pass is valid for all of our classes.

 

Single class pass for £8.50
4 class pass for £32 
10 class pass for £75

Our EASY Pass is valid for 4 months from purchase and you can mix and match classes, days, times etc. We have a very flexible approach that makes us different from most Pilates Studios. No worrying about catch-up sessions! Or committing to the same time every week. Pilates when you choose with our memberships and passes.

If you want to commit to your wellness AND save money our monthly memberships are for you. No lengthy contracts - just 30 days notice to cancel or change your membership.

 

4 classes a month - £28 (£7 per class)

8 classes a month - £49 (£6.13 per class)

12 classes a month - £72 (£6 per class)
